Often we gauge our state of health, purely by our physical state of being.
A better combination of all our energies; physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, with the view that when working together gives us a natural process promoting better health & life balance.
Healing and Energy work is gentle and nourishing, and promotes overall balancing and clearing of your energy. Helping to improve physical well-being, motivation, direction and navigation through difficult times.
I work intuitively, allowing you to draw upon whatever energies
are most needed at that time.
Working with the major energy centers being that of your Chakras; to identify area's of stagnancy and help to improve the flow of energy through your entire system.
Energy work can be an incredibly powerful experience of your true self.
Helping you to take responsibility, overcome obstacles and to gain a deeper understanding of where you are right now, and where it is you mean to be.
When we become connected with ourselves, the easier it becomes to see the signs 'we are over doing it'.
For some of us we just don't listen, and ignore these signs. And yes, our bodies become completely disconnected, totally exhausted as we start to manifest and take on the renowned illnesses
of aches and pains, colds, fatigue, depression and sometimes anxiety.
The channeling of healing energies through the healer (me) to the patient/client (you) brings this about, using the hands on or off touch according to the client preference.
This re-energizes and relaxes you, giving way to your natural self resources,
that enable you to deal with the illness or injury in the best possible way.
Chair or couch healing available.
It can be helpful in a wide range of physical and psychological,
spiritual and emotional conditions.
According to the client preference this can be done lying down or sitting.
Reflexology a little foot work... (ref reflex)

Perhaps the most grounding of all Complimentary therapies, Reflexology is the perfect treatment for helping to manage physical illnesses, a hectic schedule and motivational issues. A treatment involves the application of specialised acupressure techniques to the nerve endings in the feet and ankles. Reflexology allows me to communicate directly with your body and identify any areas of imbalance.
A session promotes cleansing as well as being a natural component to relaxation.
Combination Therapy Work... (ref combi)
£45.00 half hour £90.00 full hour
This balance is a blend made up of Various Energy healing work,
finished off with Reflexology. A great all rounder!
